The Philosophy of Sharewords

All of the inspiration I have received has come from the fertile writings of the great religious teachers of the world who have opened the way for me, the experiences of awakening which I did not expect or control, the good fortune of my birth, genetics, intelligence, and the wisdom freely shared by those who walk with me. Thus I offer my words in the same spirit in which I received them. I demand no payment for sharing them with individuals for their own personal use. I do however retain all copyrights to the words so that others will not profit from them except with my permission.

I do not grant permission for their public use without my written permission! Worship is best conducted with live speakers speaking to the peculiar needs of each congregation. These sermons are first for the ears of my congregation.

On the other hand, I encourage ministers who read my work to borrow my sermon illustrations and share yours by putting your sermons on the web. The more we share our wealth of great quotes, quips and stories, the better all of our sermons will be.

If you find value in what you read and desire to do so, I would greatly appreciate any donation to my electronic ministry you might wish to share. I am supported by the goodwill of those who find value in my ministry, particularly my congregation.

Here are some guidelines which might assist in making a decision about sending a donation to support my electronic ministry:

Here's the Address!

	Rev. Samuel A. Trumbore
c/o First UU Society of Albany
	405 Washington Avenue
	Albany, New York 12206

Any donations will be received with great appreciation and used to support and advance my ministry here on the internet, in the larger community of humanity and nurture the welfare of my family.

NOTE: There may be those who decide to take my writings and pawn them off as their own. I remind these potential plagiarists that those in your audience may have already visited this web page or may visit it in the near future! I'm happy to share my work if credited (and appropriately compensated if one of my sermons is used for a service).
